Atheist Evangelism
RE: Atheist Evangelism
Here's an idea: There cannot have been 'nothing' from all eternity. Otherwise, nothing would now be in existence. From nothing comes nothing. Then you continue by saying, "Trust me, I know it wasn't God; it has to be unequivocally, energy and matter are eternal."
Atheist Credo: An universe by chance that also just happened to admit the observer by chance.

Poor religious people. They are still kept in the dark and fed with lies about scientific discoveries.
teachings of the Bible are so muddled and self-contradictory that it was possible for Christians to happily burn heretics alive for five long centuries. It was even possible for the most venerated patriarchs of the Church, like St. Augustine and St. Thomas Aquinas, to conclude that heretics should be tortured (Augustine) or killed outright (Aquinas). Martin Luther and John Calvin advocated the wholesale murder of heretics, apostates, Jews, and witches. - Sam Harris, "Letter To A Christian Nation"

Nothingness seems to be a state of affairs that is necessarily brief. How long can it last, without time? And then there are virtual particles popping into existence all of the time, literally out of nothing.

Has your idea of God been around for eternity, or just since the beginning of time?
I'm not anti-Christian. I'm anti-stupid.

Is "snowtracks" in reference to all the lines of cocaine that have etched deep ridges in your cognitive abilities?

Proof or bullshit, what will he trot out to prove that?

There might never have been nothing at all. It's something humans can't really imagine but that doesn't mean it can't be true.

Matter and anti-matter weren't quite balanced during the Big Bang. Everything we see results from that difference.

But how do you know that?

The bulk of the visible universe behaves like "normal" matter. The massive amount of free energy came, according to best current estimate, from the matter/antimatter annihilation event commonly called "the big bang." To quote Mike Rowe, "it wasn't big and it didn't bang". But the intent is workable. Then Alan Guth came along and made things interesting.
