Unfortunately, he works at other odd jobs. Although he works here on a weekly basis, we cannot always schedule which day(s) of the week he's available. He's aware of the problem and looks for undelivered packages whenever he's coming over. That's the best I can do, for now.

More likely they've got 15 hours worth of deliveries to do, but don't get paid after seven.

Can you have the items ordered delivered to his house? Once a week delivery is better than stolen/destroyed delivery.
