Another disastrous year for Ken Hams ark encounter.I guess people are tired of encountering it.
It finished its 7th year with 757K visitors putting it in 5th place for attendance. Its best year was its second with 870K,far below the ham-ster's original estimates of 1.4M for its first year.
At the rate its going we may see a giant fire sale.

So much for the benefits to the local communities. Maybe they'll think twice in the future.

My favourite Ark Encounter story is when they had to sue their insurance company for flood damage.

They didn't just fuck the town, they fucked the state too. Sued em for fringing their frozen peaches, ofc. It was clear to all involved that it was a heist - but in addition to the tax incentives they got dot to build new (as in brand new, into the woods) ramps off 75...and at that point the only way out was through.
Gotta give it to Ham, he's found himself the last man standing in what was once a very lucrative con.

It's always nice to see when things does not go as clowns envisioned them.

They should pray to god for a real dinosaur, now I'd fucking go and see that, even in that circus.
It's my understanding that god does not much these days besides appearing on toasts or walls or fucking up people lives. Helping two bit businessmen probably ain't high on his list of priorities when so many children don't have cancer yet.
