sorry I tried to write while I was on the phone, I have not been clear.
I do supporto 100% Ukraine in the war and we should give more help. However, the current russian propaganda in the EU (and Russians are masters of propaganda, via bot, internet troll factories etc) is "look at northstream, it was bombed by ukraine on behalf of the US, the US since 10 years kept on threatening Germany that they will never open it and ultimately they destroyed it, now energy is fucking expensive, US is the profoteur sicne it sells LNG in EU and you eurppeans have been spanked and can only say to your US master Thank you sir may I have another spank"
If we are conversely opened and say "yes, Ukraine bombed the northstream in accord with the US to remove Russian influence from Europe" it is more open and remove steam from Russian propaganda

Well, yeah, then...that channel is trying to trade on exactly that kind of anti-us sentiment.  I think that russian propaganda looks like it's audience.  Maybe they'd have a harder time if we weren't so clownish.  They've long sought to use anti-us sentiment, the traditional wheelhouse of the us left wing, to divide us society and prevent us from being useful allies to their targets.  So it goes that maga is the peace party.  That america is a shithole.  That the ukranians are nazi aggressors being fed by their neocon masters in amerika. God, I'd hate to think this whole thing is just a bunch of nostalgic olds having a moment about how they missed woodstock and the vietnam protests and want to be the good guys in a racist reproduction of the same before they kick the bucket and say fuck you to the rest of us survivors down on the burning earth.

At any rate, if that's what passes for centrism wherever you are in europe I can see why ukraine needs us help. Th big hubbub over here, the dividing line on ukraine..doesn't really have anything to do with ukraine other than being a victim of reich wing politics. Maga is angry that ukraine got donald in trouble, and so to be for the donald..you have to be mad at ukraine. We can imagine it's some deeper thing like growing affinity for dictators and I'm not saying that's not a thing - just that this thing is this simple.

well well well, in Europe we know very wel the slippery slope of extreme politics and we try to avoid. Sometime can look coward and indeed sometime we are, but we saw so much even in recent past that we try to stay away fro mextremism. In Italy in the 70s we had political terorist from extreme right and extrem left and we got outr prime minister kidnapped ande executed, train bombings filling dozens of people per time, political assassination etc. In Germany they got the director of Deutsche bank killed by left wing extremists etc.

Which is an indictment of the extremist position of letting putin bite off chunks of ukraine and or nato bombing ukraine..or what's informing it as a centrist viewpoint?

IMHO 50% of American cannot be 100% wrong. No small part of why I voted for Trump is because I was deeply and tragically WRONG about Bush and the war in Iraq. Trump is both the anti-war president and a tough negotiator that I believe can avoid WWIII and favorable trade deals in impending world wide demographic collapse.

I think even a cursory glance at us history would show that an even greater percentage of americans can be 100% wrong. There are only two kinds of wars that interest him. Wars against the american people, and trade wars..which are easy to win.
