I use it. It's pretty good.

And, yes, according to scientists, this is exactly what the aftermath of a nuclear war will look like.

About the only real scientific inaccuracy is that scientists expect that the ozone layer will eventually reform, assuming that the functionally medieval society after the war isn’t making more pollutants to hinder it.
