Normally American politicians are far more focussed on domestic issues than foreign policy. Trump shows utter ignorance regarding anything beyond his own nose, so I'm hoping the threats against every other country (except Russia) amount to nothing more than a distraction from what he's doing domestically.
Much of what he has done comes across as a gish gallop, as such we're trying to pick out the important bits.
Recession is essentially inevitable at this point, he's nothing short of a walking disaster economically.
The Yanks have mid-terms in 2 years, if those get "postponed" for whatever excuse you know you've had your democratic rights taken.
