To be clear, it's pretty irrelevant if he had a lawfully carried gun on his person if he never brandished it.

(This video IMO clearly shows that the victim was disarmed before the first shot. It's unclear to me whether the claim that the first shot was a negligent discharge of the victim's gun, but it seems at least plausible. I haven't finished studying the video though.)

ETA: I think this guy didn't have access to pink coat lady's footage when he made the video because that angle appears to show the first shot coming from the same goon who mag dumped on his prone body.)

It was. I've seen and experienced some violence in my life but I don't think I can unsee this.

The victim has been identified as Alex Pretti. He was 37 years old, a US citizen, and resided in Minneapolis. He was caucassian, worked as an ICU nurse at the VA, and had no criminal record beyond the occasional traffic ticket. He also had a license to carry a firearm.
