I think different people define their personal success in different ways. I respect anyone who makes a living making music because it's a "cruel and shallow money-trench" etc etc (lord knows I've banged my head against club walls and the bar owner bent us over and fucked us) and it takes a lot to turn over income in the industry; I certainly won't slag them. That doesn't mean I like their music, necessarily -- or dislike it automatically.

I played pubs for almost 15 years and was only stabbed once. I consider that a personal success. Smile

I’m building a Hurdy Gurdy right now.

It’s got a sound box with great depth and lots of stings to prevent the average stabbing length knife to hit the belly.  I’m f’d if they come up from the back.

Maybe a live double album to get people excited.

I'd be jabbing ice picks into my ears.

But thanks for responding to me for what I think is the first time.

While it incorporates some aspects of AI, Vocaloid isn’t considered generative AI, which is what’s under discussion here.

Mine was in the upper thigh. Ironically, I’d just switched from bagpipes to guitar. The pipes would have taken the brunt of it.

Forgot to mention I’m wrapping the sound box with 3mill epoxy carbon fiber cloth.

Almost bulletproof

I do have a big roll of 1mill Kevlar…..

Actually, maybe I was turned off by the concept. I was listening to the song again and it made more sense to me. It is using the desert and its symbolism to describe some sort of morbid, suicidal relationship. She's singing about how they are weighing in killing themselves as the bones and the bloody reflection of the moon in the desert sand are calling them.

Haha actually it's not that deep. It's about zombies coming alive in the desert under a red moon. Personally I'm not a lyrics person I'm impressed by a song on how it makes me feel but everyone's different. The lyrics make sense to me, I haven't studied them that deeply but hands coming up out of the crust, drive or say good bye meaning they need to get out of here.
I knew someone who said he liked oasis less when he found out some of their songs are just word salad. For me personally it makes no difference. If the words sound good together it's fine.
On the other hand I have changed some ai lyrics using the program. It wanted to use "oasis in my throat" I changed it to oasis giving me hope. Oasis in my throat just sounds stupid to me, sounds wrong.

Are you ready for the fire? We are firemen. WE ARE FIREMEN! The heat doesn’t bother us. We live in the heat. We train in the heat. It tells us that we’re ready, we’re at home, we’re where we’re supposed to be. Flames don’t intimidate us. What do we do? We control the flame. We control them. We move the flames where we want to. And then we extinguish them.

Impersonation is treason.
