Well that could be a huge mistake if microsoft offer xbox live for free to ps3 customers.
And this is what i mean, they take us for granted GARGHH!

I've always been an Xbox man, ever since the first "big fucking brick" system, right up to my most recent Xbox 360 S (with Kinect sensor). I've also had Xbox Live since it was created, and have only ever suffered one "red ring of death", which Microsoft repaired free of charge.

Lucky bastard. I suppose you don't have a troop of nephews that play on it all the time.

I'm not a big fan of microsoft if i'm honest.
I had the very original xbox and it busted up half my games by scratching them to fuck and eventually died within 5 months of purchase.
Never bothered with the 360 after that seen as my ps2 lasted like 7 years before it gave up the ghost.

What i do respect about microsoft though is they'll repair the RROD's for free most of the time.
When my old ps3 broke sony weren't even interested, so i had to buy the 250gb slim myself.

Meh, it's just personal preference really.
I just want sony to fucking wake up and get it running again!

Btw why did sega stop making consoles? MEGADRIVE FTW

My, my nieces, and my sister have played mine a great deal over the last 4 (or whatever) years... and it has yet to get a red ring of death.

I do infact hate microsoft... but I'm not going to deny their products as for the most part being good.

And I've had this PS2 for 4 years, and it still runs perfectly ^_^ If only the PS3 were anywhere near so reliably awesome as the PS2.

My *really old* PS2 I gave to a boyfriend when I bought my new one. I got it when I was 8. It still works as it did when it came.

While I play PS3 a good bit, I rarely go on the network to play and/or buy stuff. I just use the computer for multi-players. Counter Strike, Tiger Woods golf and Black Ops. I get owned at Black Ops online, so I don't bother with that much.
