There has to be a God/Creator

RE: There has to be a God/Creator
so let me get this straight...math is beautiful = intelligent designer? You've cherry picked a few instances where the universe is uniform and then declared it proof of a designer. This is called seeing only what you want to see. It is true that a little knowledge is a dangerous thing.
Even if the open windows of science at first make us shiver after the cozy indoor warmth of traditional humanizing myths, in the end the fresh air brings vigor, and the great spaces have a splendor of their own - Bertrand Russell

RE: There has to be a God/Creator
Didnt you start this thread as a non believer? And are you now your a Christian creationist? If so, please put a decent argument across for us to address. Saying there is a god with no knowledge if there is or or isn't, is daft. We say there isn't because religious people have never shown evidence, we atheists rely on evidence because we are rational and more logical thinkers. Religious people are credulous people who believe things with no evidence, and take it on faith of 2nd/3rd hand information twice translated from dead languages, of apparently what happened, even though some of the the stories are identical to 2 other previous stories (Jesus, Horus etc).

But if you have a serious point or evidence please say or show and we can debate it, instead of putting across views which show naivety to what happens in the world/universe and goes against what top physicists say.

I do not believe in a personal God and I have never denied this but have expressed it clearly. If something is in me which can be called religious then it is the unbounded admiration for the structure of the world so far as our science can reveal it. (Albert Einstein, 1954)

Strange quote for a man 'who believed in God', don't you think :S

I think the key word that may be overlooked here is "personal"! As in "personal God!"

Ask him when you pass! You will found the truth what was really in the back of his mind! I can't say anymore! (you could develop your mediumistic skills now if you wanted to ask him sooner)

I can only suggest you re-read what I said! If you don't understand that i'm not sure you can understand the rest!

"we atheists rely on evidence because we are rational and more logical thinkers."
If you understand what I said, you could if a rational thinker and seriously want to look at the evidence I provided, go buy a pineapple and have a look! That would be a logical thing to do I think! Unless you want me to supply that too! Any of the objects I suggested could be looked at and measured to find the truth!

Please if you don't have some ratinal answer please move on!

I doupt that a more searious point has been made!?!?!?

I don't think you really know what your talking about!

It was a question. Not an answer. Also it was directed towards Darwinan and not you. But you can answer it if you want.

first of all. argument from authority is a fallacy.

secondly of all. want to know how Einstein felt about religion

"The word god is for me nothing more than the expression and product of human weaknesses, the Bible a collection of honourable, but still primitive legends which are nevertheless pretty childish. No interpretation no matter how subtle can (for me) change this." - Albert Einstein 1954

Your argument is as irrational as the golden ratio.

Then we come to Earth.
The Creator is an idiot. Or would be if one existed.

LOL your allowed to think that, God gave you free will!

WOW, I'm not being sacastic but that did enable me to burst out in laughter! This system of design is PERFECT! You have no idea of perfect yet I can clearly state that as a fact!

You know, I could design a much better system than this. I guess that makes me smarter than your god.

Ok, i reread your bs, you say it must be a intelligent designer, so why do mathematicians or theoretical physicists come forward with this, or are you just writing bollocks?
