Red - "Batshit" - Bachmann
Orange - "Looney" - Trump
Yellow - "Unstable" - Palin
Blue - "Dogmatic" - Paul
Green - "Just Pandering" - Romney

I actually wonder if he was functionally president at all. I say this with the greatest of compassion for Alzheimer's victims. My own grandmother passed away from this horribly slow death and I wouldn't wish it on anyone. Read no derision in my post on this subject. That clarified, I think Reagan was suffering from it during his first term. He seemed confused during his debates with Mondale during the 2004 run up to the election. I wonder if he was a figurehead for much of even the first term, let alone the second.

But then I am of the belief that most if not all presidents are puppet figureheads. Clearly, I posses too much faith that there is an intelligence behind the system. It could be that the people running it really can't pass for par on a test of intelligence.
