Great video on this topic (by Edward Current):

Synopsis:
1. You can't avoid sinning so you might as well not bother.
2. Apologize to your imaginary friend that you sinned.
3. Wash rinse repeat.

My addition: See Newt Gingrich or any other "family values" hypocrite for an example.
Atheist Forums Hall of Shame:
"The trinity can be equated to having your cake and eating it too."
...      -Lucent, trying to defend the Trinity concept
"(Yahweh's) actions are good because (Yahweh) is the ultimate standard of goodness. That’s not begging the question"
...       -Statler Waldorf, Christian apologist

Quite. One thing I kinda miss as a recovering Catholic:confession. That had its moments..Then you went out and did it all again.I remember my sister's last confession vividly; from the confessional came a priestly roar "you did WHAT?". I kid you not.

IF Hitler truly repented, accepted Jesus into his heart, and did some of that catlicker voodoo, he's in Heaven right now. And the Jews he slaughtered, they're in Hell.

I love religion. Angry
