He did not implant the ability to be violent, ever. Lucifer started the first war, he lost and was thrown out of heaven. Poverty, murder, rape and ect. are all the resposibility of man, as an atheist you must agree with this last statement.
God did create a perfect man and woman, and giving them freewill had to be a part of a perfect creation, without freewill man would have been no more than puppets, is this how you would want God to treat you if you were a believer. Someone in this post said that christians do not question, they do not know many christians, I and many other christians question alot, we do not question the existance of God, we know He is real and you can not prove that our belief is a false belief. You however are welcome to waste your time.
I recommend you actually read the book your life is so governed by. Anymouse put it perfectly. If "god" created EVERYTHING, therefore he MUST have created instinct (i.e violence), and Lucifer (i.e evil) . Also, as you said "poverty, rape and ect. are all the responsibility of man", all these these would be impossible had "god" had not given humans the ability.
I not only read the Bible I study it, most nonbelievers who have read the Bible do not study it for what it is intended, they look for what they deem as controversy or what ever else they want to make of it, they never look for the truth within the pages of scripture because they are affraid they might find how real the scriptures are. I've completed your recommendation before you ever asked. I have a question, by the way you state things like the above underlined it seems you believe in God, is this so, if not then how is it that humanity has turned out to be so bad, please give an answer?
God loves those who believe and those who do not and the same goes for me, you have no choice in this matter. That puts the matter of total free will to rest.

If you apply your gullibility with suffiicently unstinting ferver, you will find what you, in your gulliblility, would take to be the cosmic truth in any pile of turd in which you've convinced yourself, a priori, that some master of cosmic truth has deposited the truth for you to find. The fact that your particular turd happen to be the bible is the result of the coincidences whose particulars does not at all effect the shittiness of the turd.
Had you been born in Saudi Arabia your turd will in all likelihood be called the Koran.

Quote:Yes God did create an angel named Lucifer, however Lucifer made himself into the evil being he has become, like you he chose to use his freewill in the wrong way.
How come your fucking god didn't know how it would turn out? A tad weak on the all-knowing, all-seeing shit, huh? Why would you worship such an imperfect being? Does it remind your of yourself?
Your god is either an inept fucker or he is an evil twit. You choose. I don't care.

No, if you are to be worth more than a goat fucking Bedouin with simultaneous feelings of self-loathing, infantile dependence, and delusions of grandeur, then love for you would not require the choice of wish-thinking.

Love me, or burn in hell forever. Some choice. Some love.

When I was 5 years old, my mother always told me that happiness was the key to life. When I went to school, they asked me what I wanted to be when I grew up. I wrote down happy. They told me I didn't understand the assignment. I told them they didn't understand life.

Exactly. Christians say "god's" love is such an amazing thing! I bet that starving child in Africa is feeling the love.

They'll burble on about free will for hours. You have free will to choose, between loving a divine being or being punished forever. Love somebody you fear, the essence of sadomasochism. Hitchens had it right.

Apparently "god" doesn't give everyone free-will. Those starving, malnourished children don't really have a say in the matter.
