Re-cycling is the key. There is nothing wrong with xtian buildings. Just get rid of the infestation of xtian assholes and they'll be fine.

I've been reading a little more of this Fatima website ...

I cant work out if its a religious cult , a conspiracy theory or the next Dan Brown novel.

The Fatima "miracle" was a vision seen by three children at what is now "Our Lady of Fatima." I believe the third claim the "mother of god" made to the children who witnessed the "miracle" was already revealed. I don't recall it being the destruction of the Vatican. Furthermore, I am relatively certain that only the Vatican had access to the third claim, given to a previous pope by the last of the three children to die. If it were that, they would never say it. The site is bullshit, methinks.

Just to add to my previous statement . . . the "punishment of the world" part of these prophesies had nothing to do with Rome. They specifically targeted atheists and communists. During the time, atheism and communism were huge threats, as the Soviet Union was gaining power as part of the Allied forces and as enemy of Germany. Everyone thought it would spread to the rest of the world. Some pope (can't remember which) officially announced that the crisis was averted because of the fall of the Soviet Union, if I remember rightly.

Even if the Vatican was destroyed tomorrow, I would call it coincidence. It is a prime target for terrorism, after all. I would say it could be destroyed any day.

Oh, but she did. She clearly said that something had to be done to stop it (all vague, of course) and that was the only way to save humanity. She "said" jack shit about the Vatican.
