In the Portland, Oregon area.
I've never been to Oregon, but I've been to Seattle, WA. So close... Why don't you want to meet Statler? Wait, do you only want to meet atheists? I guess I'd be out of the loop

Salty, I can't speak for him, but I'm sure it has nothing to do with the fact that Stat isn't an atheist. He's just, well, Stat.

Hey Frankie, as I said earlier, I'm actually planning a trip to Scotland in December or the beginning of January. I really wanna go for a drink (or two or three) with you, if you're willing
And to anyone who's visiting my corner of the world will always have a roof over their head and a couch to sleep on (if my roomie gives me permission to have people over, that is)
To answer the original question, I know Salem Raven and Demise IRL, but neither of them are active
When I was young, there was a god with infinite power protecting me. Is there anyone else who felt that way? And was sure about it? but the first time I fell in love, I was thrown down - or maybe I broke free - and I bade farewell to God and became human. Now I don't have God's protection, and I walk on the ground without wings, but I don't regret this hardship. I want to live as a person. -Arina Tanemura

Wow Kayenneh, you know some people too! It's exciting to know someone online and to know them in person. That's nice that you offer a couch, thank you. I really wanted to go to London, but without a place to stay I wasn't sure if I could afford the cost and I wanted to interact with someone I knew, so I didn't go, but a new year is coming, which means additional PTO! So...that means I can make more plans.
Shell B - Ah. I see, so Stat is a little...different. I haven't been here long enough to know, but I definitely trust you more experienced posters.

I'll be saving up some money from work this year, so if people want to organize an American meetup I'll be more than happy to come (so long as I can stay with someone for a few days or longer). I believe there is already a plan to meet up at Dragon*Con 2012, since I'm def going to that.

There's one for TAM! too. I've already promised Benjamin Radford I'd show up in a school girl outfit. It's held in Las Vegas - I can't imagine a better place to let a bunch of atheists loose.

That may well be true (and I would hope that it is), but I'm not taking one for the team this time.

Oh no, I'm perfectly happy to meet people regardless of their beliefs. With Statler, it's that he displays personality traits online that I don't care to deal with. To be fair, there's more than a couple of atheists here that I would also not care to deal with in real life.

Probably around the same date as the last one - June-July? We have about a year.
