I don't mean to bring the topic back to cunts, but I don't see a problem with embracing the inner cunt...

I don't see it being any worse than being called a prick... I like that nowadays calling each other names isn't really offensive, it is all done in jest.

It takes the power away from someone who is actually trying to offend people.
