In a word, oligarchy.

The middle class is dying in America. The top 1% are getting wealthier, not paying their share of the tax burden while the rest of the countries slides deeper into debt. There are no jobs but Washington seems obsessed with other issues. Both parties are bought out by special interests and the left in America feels especially disenfranchised having to choose between the far right wing Republicans and the center right wing Democrats.

Yeah.

Basically why is politics controlled by money, corporations and special interests that have money. Each individual does not have the same pull. Why does money = influence? "cause thats the way the world is" oh bulllllllshit, its the way THEY want the world.

What they have been systematically doing is slowly increasing the prices of everything so they end up with more of the "pie". And when the actual real pie was running out, they told people to get credit. I honestly think credit is fraudulent, there should never be a need for day to day credit, if you can't live and afford the things you need without credit... something is broken.

hahahah funny Big Grin but I kind of want to learn more about it logically and I'm finding it hard to find the clear defined reason for it.

RE: Occupy Wall Street
What people who are perpetually rich do not understand is that "getting rich" is made near impossible in this economy. I come from a hard working family. They bust their asses, yet we are at a stand still. Many conservatives are spoon fed this idea that people who are not rich are that way because they do not work enough. That is where your conservative friends are coming from. They think that people are whining because the rich do not feed them. No, they are whining because the opportunities to feed their families are getting slimmer and slimmer. The Great Depression didn't come about because people were not working. Those assholes forget that.

They are coming from nothing. Do they have evidence, or facts that prove their assumption? They hear it from another ignorant idiot and pass the word on, it's called propaganda it works well with idiots.

RE: Occupy Wall Street
Think they're pissed that wall street has an iron grip on politics in the USA and likely avoids masses of taxes. Who can blame them, Wall Street(and City of London)) fuck the world over, get bailed out and Obama and Brown/Cameron say, carry on, here's some cash. (then George(Gideon) Osborne lowers corporation tax, and wipes out tax for monies coming into UK. Only 2 companies in FTSE 100 don't have tax havens.

And the banks carry on as if nothing ever happened. FU banks.

Sorry for the crazy tangents, but it affects the whole world.
