Becoming an 'atheist' is like deciding not to go to Church on Sunday. You just sleep in and rely on reason instead.

I found it particularly refreshing to let go of the need for God -- it was like I freed up space and energy to actually analyze every situation instead of lumber around, wondering if I was being punished by the magic sky despot.

Oh, oh, I can't believe I just said that. lol
I have studied the Bible and the theology behind Christianity for many years. I have been to many churches. I have walked the depth and the breadth of the religion and, as a result of this, I have a lot of bullshit to scrape off the bottom of my shoes. ~Ziploc Surprise
