Not arguing the driver culpability but the whole thing that grinds my gears is that "road safety" is all about making sure that there is no road to be safe about!

For me a Road (Thoroughfare or Highway etc) is a very dangerous place, have your wits about you and learn to judge distance..seems this part is missing in learner Road testing programs globally.

I feel bad for the boy.

1) He doesn't know how cars work (their headlights) because he has never driven a car

2) he has paid the ultimate price for his mistake (and here we are saying he is stupid - dudes he's dead, if anything this is not stupid, it is tragic)

3) did someone not teach him to look both ways when he was a child? ( I am seriously wondering this)

4) again, i feel sad for him. He is gone now.
