Legalize the drugs which aren't bad in moderation. Regulate them and make the person who wants to use the drug take a class on it, in order to purchase it. Have an age restriction, mental health evaluations, and appropriate ristrictions to the quantity and frequency of the purchase of the drugs.

Methinks you've been had. 2) You'd be surprised at how many people can't use a hammer properly. My ex never understood why I have (at least) 9 different hammers.
