I will go a step further with my anti-theism.
My position is that, even if any of the gods that appear in any religious texts and are believed in by humanity actually did exist, I'd still be in opposition to them.
There is not a single god that I know of that deserves worship.

You'd believe if you just opened your heart" is a terrible argument for religion. It's basically saying, "If you bias yourself enough, you can convince yourself that this is true." If religion were true, people wouldn't need faith to believe it -- it would be supported by good evidence.
