I'm very very affectionate while having sex.
It's a crazy horrible world where affection and sex get split.
I'd have to choose sexual acts.
If I can't even wank anymore I'd walk around in a distracted horny hell for the rest of my life.

Sex IS affection so I'm not sure how to answer that.
Now, if I had to pick between sex OR hugs I'd pick sex. A hug is just one show of affection. Sex includes several.

My bold. Not necesserily. An extreme example would be rape. Or maybe it is and rape is forced affection from one person who wants to show it to another who doesn't want to recieve it.
I think that sometimes sex could be used as a pure biological need without even liking someone or showing fondness for them.
