Possibly you're thinking of the Karl Marx quote "Die Religion … ist das Opium des Volkes" ("Religion is the opium of the people") - not "Get the people addicted to drugs"; closer to "People use religion as a way to ease their pain."

If you know anything about military matters, you'd know that that's essentially impossible within a reasonable time-frame. Remember, you're gonna have to build 100 times more tanks, 100 times more guns, etc, more ships, more airplanes, more missiles.

During WWII, at the beginning of the German incursion into the U.S.S.R., the Red Army gave a rifle to one and the bullets to another, and off they went to fight the Germans. With current manufacturing capabilities, guns can be made rather quickly. After all, these are the people who build 1,500 room hospitals in a week. And they wouldn't need to make 100 times more tanks or planes, they'd need to build just enough to match the capabilities of who they are fighting.

The book of Revleation predicts in end times there will be a 200 million man army from the East. Now recently China has said it can produce a 200 million man army. How do you explain this coincidence? Is it prophecy? Is it real?

China has what? ~1.5 billion people? Sure they can field a 200,000,000 (or twice 10,000 times 10,000 ) man army. How do I explain this coincidence? The very definition of coincidence explains it.
Now, Revelation 9:16-18 says they will be mounted on horses. Do you think a modern army would attack mounted on horses? Do you get why horses? Because whoever wrote that, that what he knew of war, and in those days, cavalries were the more feared troops on the battlefield. Had the revelation mentioned guns, jet fighters, bomber planes, tanks, guns, missiles, drones, etc. , then I'd be impressed.
