Which operating system do you prefer?

Just a little research on operating systems popularity and if it's not too much to ask, I'd like you to explain why you prefer the operating system you're using - meaning what are the advantages for you compared to other OS.

I voted for the one I'm using, as opposed to preference. I really hated 8 (and by extension 8.1) when I first got it because I was anot a smart phone user. But now that I have some experience with the interface, I do like it.
We are getting free copies of 10 soon though, so I'll let you know how that goes.

Preferred operating system?
Any clean and modern surgical suite will do. Playing Cluedo with my mum while I was at Uni: "You did WHAT? With WHO? WHERE???" 
Windows 7 because there's no reason to get 8 or 10. It works for me.

At least not before hackers find a way to remove the keylogger integrated in the system and to disable collecting of personal data which includes bank accounts, passwords and stuff like that.
