A higher force
#41
RE: A higher force
Vixene, my point is, some of us are a little misunderstood some of the times on this particular issue. Just because, I, for instance, might be just as harsh with women in a debate as I am towards men, doesn't mean I'm a sexist - all it means is this person in particular that accused me of it takes advantage of whatever bullshit there is available for them to make themselves appear the victim - by doing this, they both take the pressure off of them and brilliantly smear the opponent, albeit dishonestly so.

I for one, would rather give women the respect they deserve - that is not treat them as anything less then I would treat any other human being(that necessarily includes no preferential treatment), even if that means I'll be called a sexist sometimes, whereas when I do it with a man - it's called douchery at most.

Now on to the actual topic... As others have pointed out, your thread isn't necessarily just like mine, thus the different responses. But you seem to be exactly the kind of person I was looking for. Please tell me about your higher force theory.

If by "higher force" you mean wife, then yes I believe.

You can fix ignorance, you can't fix stupid.

Tinkety Tonk and down with the Nazis.

I'm a little confused here, because I don't recall how we've arrived at this argument. I haven't referred to anyone as a sexist here...

I'm surprised that people think I'll just disappear because of a few minor disagreements lol, I've been involved in a lot worse, this is actually a very chilled environment [emoji5]

People being dismissive and rude my first post in wouldn't have bothered me, but the addition of attributing things to me that I did not say at all would've pissed me off enough to say fuck it, especially after just joining this forum. But then, I am an impatient hothead! At any rate, glad you're back...To future disagreements!

Yeah it got very weird at some point, luckily you guys noticed it too, I was beginning to think I was losing my marbles [emoji38] all of a sudden, there's talk of sexism and I'm taken aback like 'wut..' but nah, it's nothing, and thanks I'll try to get more involved [emoji4]
