Essentially, coding.

Wait, you don't actually get to play with a Tokamak, do you?
Well, we do have a toy tokamak in or research center which could bee operated by a single person, but I don't use it.
The one I work mostly with is the largest tok in Europe, at the moment, JET, near Oxford, U.K.

RE: Smokers
Used to have like 10 a day (Sterling Superkings, I went hard with the big fags)

Started at uni by social smoking, because so many people I knew did. I also loved the high it gave me when I wasn't used to it, it made me happy. Got hooked and then it became less about social smoking and more of a stress release.

Quit for good now. I want to be healthy, never touching another cigarette again...

Marijuana is better.

Tried quitting several times without success and always worried about my health. One day I took a pack I was smoking on and wadded it up and have never smoked on since, it wasn't easy but I was determined I was going to be successful and have been since the late 90's. Now I can't even stand to smell and want allow anyone to smoke in my house and car, figure I have the right to keep my things smelling clean and I sure don't need to breath second hand smoke. I can breath much better now and have far less risk of smoker related illnesses.

So here's why I wrote this, if as you guys believe, a weak minded Christian can quit, why not you. Do as I did put them down and never pick one up again, just don't do it. I promise you this, it's something you will never regret, best of luck to those who try and congratulations to those who succeed.

I'm glad you beat the habit, GC.  I'm in the process of doing that myself.

My advice?  Don't start, and if you do, quit while you can.  You have my sympathy and my support.

Good luck and don't pick one up, I chewed tooth picks and wire ties when I need something to help with the cravings. I'm glad you're quitting don't give up, once your free of them, well, it's one great feeling for the rest of your life, this is a gift worth giving yourself.

God loves those who believe and those who do not and the same goes for me, you have no choice in this matter. That puts the matter of total free will to rest.

You said it yourself. You were determined. That's what's necessary to kick the habit. Sadly I haven't reached that stage yet.

I think more people have reached that stage long before they try, I believe it's the fear of quitting and the possibility of failing that hurts most people, like I said put them down and just don't pick one up ever again, here's hoping you'll give it a try.

Lol. Yeah, has anyone tried some serious kissing with someone with cigarette breath? MAJOR turn-off. Kevin's description is perfect: boner dethroner. No thanks, I'll go fuck my hole in the wall lined with sand paper.

You don't notice if you're a smoker yourself. In all my life I've only dated one non smoker.

I don't know. I've gotten more than a lot of nerds have stated what their successes have been online but I would hardly consider myself Mac Daddy. Far from it. But kissing a smoker is NASTY. A sexual reaction is IMPOSSIBLE unless you are far more hard-up than I can imagine. You're certainly not going to score any points with anyone who has options.

You know, it works the other way round too - if the man is a smoker.

I don't know about that. All I know is that I'm not compatible with a smoker. The hottest chick imaginable couldn't do anything but repulse me with her kiss.

Smoking doesn't do much for men either. It makes me think of kissing a wet ashtray. Ick.
The god who allows children to be raped out of respect for the free will choice of the rapist, but punishes gay men for engaging in mutually consensual sex couldn't possibly be responsible for an intelligently designed universe.
