Did someone say "steak"? I stuck a chuck in the slowcooker yesterday with lime juice and sprite and garlic and salt and cayenne pepper, cooked it for like a hundred hours, and shredded it. Yum yum!

Our slowcooker gets plenty of use.  Just about the easiest cooking I've ever encountered, tasty too.  Smile

I haven't had a good steak in ages. Outback restaurant has a steak and unlimited shrimp deal on now, I'm hoping to take advantage of it. I must confess to the ultimate sin of liking my steak with plenty of ketchup! I'm shameless.

Nothing at all shameful about that. I too partake in a heavy dollop of ketchup with my steak.
