Always banning people, you are...
It must be a tiresome affair, to wield the hammer so often.

Hey, it's a generally male-dominated field... and hammers are built for the biceps of striking.
Shovels, meanwhile... are built for the thunder thighs of DOOOM.
...
I prefer my socks on the floor, beneath my feet, and screaming for mercy; that I might shred and tear from their unravelling remains the final release of their tortured and ragged soles.
I slice through the threads with a bladed spade, gouging deep and clean through the floor... I don't shatter the floor where I strike, unlike the blunt instruments designed for brute force application with a weighted delivery system on a stick.
And built in burial? All the better.

There wasn't an IP match, it was close, but no close enough. We were actually deliberating taking action against him when he confessed. Kinda ended the debate, you know?
Well he sucks for confessing

I was wondering why Randy took so long to be banned again.

First, we have no way of knowing whether or not Randy and Randy's brother are the same person. In fact, it's my opinion that Randy is too arrogant to dumb down his grammar, spelling, and syntax in order to fly under the radar.
Second, we have a quorum process that sometimes takes time.

To dumb down your grammar for subterfuge but still name yourself "Randys brother" is just beneath Randy's intelligence. Say what you want about Randy, I do not think he was dumb.
I'd imagine that it was one of our recently banned trolls that was familiar enough with the forum to pose as someone familiar with Randy, or else, maybe Randy even told someone in his actual life about his experience here.
"There remain four irreducible objections to religious faith: that it wholly misrepresents the origins of man and the cosmos, that because of this original error it manages to combine the maximum servility with the maximum of solipsism, that it is both the result and the cause of dangerous sexual repression, and that it is ultimately grounded on wish-thinking." ~Christopher Hitchens, god is not Great
