Interesting. In the sense of how it changed and took on all the different traits, virtues and vices of the particular age and region they were created in. Emotional, none.

Looking at the sun and the moon, not understadning it, calling it gods for lack of a better explanation. So, in short caveman reasoning. Ohhhhh my feeeeeeeelings.....I really like having an orgasm everytime god sends the holy spirt through me. That's a very nice feeling.
Please don't describe words that don't describe your term. Describe only the word God and how it makes you feel. You may not state "mythology" and not give sufficient reasons for this non evidence for example.
A god is a creature that is more powerful than Humans, usually connected to some force of nature or concept, such as earthquakes or love, and is often immortal to some extent. It could be anything from the creator of the universe to just a creature living in a volcano that makes it spew fire when it's angry. Usually humanoid with human traits and personalities, except more powerful.
I once described a god as a tool. Either to explain things that haven't yet been explained naturally, to give people comfort in the expectation of an afterlife, or to allow people to control the populous.
