Allah is a title that means either "The God" which is derived from god, which means either worthy of worship or the worshiped. At any rate that is a title of God, his name is not simply what is described by letters or a concept, but a living connection to God. It's actually why we can call God god or say he is worthy of worship or say he is loving or say he is merciful. However his name/face talked about is more hidden then simply words, and more manifest then concepts.


I think the Christian name for God comes from the Aramaic and means something like "he who farts as he pleases and none may dare object". It isn't an exact translation though.

A person named Gary would become the name of God if and only if he purifies himself. Otherwise the name of God exists with him, but is mixed with uncleanness and darkness.

He'd have to prove he exists first. The proof would then be in the results of his work. I agree has has to prove he exists, but how would he prove that he is good? Say he created the world that you imagine best and has all that you imagine is best, and even better. How would you know God is good then?

I wouldn't know for sure, but it would be some evidence at least. By easily observing evidence to the contrary every day, this is evidence that he is not in fact good, unless this is actually the best he can do. A far less powerful God would be much easier to justify.
