It's Always Sunny - evolution versus Christianity

RE: It's Always Sunny - evolution versus Christianity
Haha "... sometimes."

Yeah I loved the fat Mac era, but I missed the faux karate moves.
I can't remember where this verse is from, I think it got removed from canon:

"I don't hang around with mostly men because I'm gay. It's because men are better than women. Better trained, better equipped...better. Just better! I'm not gay."

For context, this is the previous verse:

"Hi Jesus" -robvalue

But Creationism does posit that humans were created in their current form. Which is patently false. Hence, mutual exclusivity.

Now, I know you have a wonderful habit of bending the definitions of words to mean things they don't normally mean, so if by creationism you mean that the entire Biblical account of Creation is false, and that some deistic wizard being poofed the first life into existence and bade evolution to carry on from there leaving no evidence of itself, then, by all means, you're right.
When did humans get chins?
Huh?
"There remain four irreducible objections to religious faith: that it wholly misrepresents the origins of man and the cosmos, that because of this original error it manages to combine the maximum servility with the maximum of solipsism, that it is both the result and the cause of dangerous sexual repression, and that it is ultimately grounded on wish-thinking." ~Christopher Hitchens, god is not Great

Evolution doesn't explain how life came to exist....

So why didn't God put the manna into baskets or bags instead of throwing it onto the ground where it got mixed in with the dirt?  I'll bet the people ate more dirt than manna.

Have you forgotten that humans are the only animals on Earth that have chins?  So when you see space aliens in movies if they have chins they are most likely related to us.  None of the apes have chins.  Neanderthals didn't have chins.   So how did humans get chins?

I would say an exclusive byproduct of our ability to stand up straight or we inherited our chins from the aliens who's DNA we share. The jury is in deliberation as we speak!

Evolution doesn't explain how life came to exist....

But any hypothesis that incorporates both creation via all mighty God and evolution is just ridiculously idiotic, and raises more questions than it answers.

Awesome video, thanks! Big Grin That's hilarious. It's great that his most convincing "argument" is a classic tu quoque. Yeah, I know some French words bitch.

@Creationism + Evolution = No problemo

God disguises his work to make it look exactly like an unguided natural process... a process that would work exactly the same even if he wasn't doing it.

So really, all he has done is set up the initial conditions for the universe. That is consistent with deism, but nothing more.

Unfortunately, I have to post this with full knowledge that some theist here will miss the satire, and think it actually supports their position, but I thought it was too good not to share.

Hope you enjoy!

Always Sunny is one of my favorite shows of all time. The episode "Chardee MacDennis: Game of Games," is one of the greatest TV episodes of all time. It's on Netflix. Season 7.

This is my husband's favorite episode of the series as well! I think there is a "Chardee MacDennis" part 2 in the current season, but I haven't seen it yet.
