My university housemates were such tramps. My one housemate used to leave his muddy American Football gear in the corner of the living room like NOO!.

My tenant, who rents both rooms in my house, is perfect. He's quiet, we get along, and he's clean. I love it.
My roommate, however, tends to fart in his sleep and I always have to let him out to pee. He's a picky eater, too, and makes me buy him special food.
He's a good cuddle bug, though.
