In my humble opinion, the worst person who ever existed was Genghis Khan. He didn't adult properly at all. Oh no. He destroyed the two most advanced civilizations at his time and murdered tens of millions of people.
By contrast to him, we're not that bad at all.

I need to up my meds, but that means making a doc appointment and getting on the bus, and the thought terrifies me for whatever reason.
ETA: I have loved ones that would help, but I'm tired of my loss of independence.
