Sorry to hear that Thump. Mine stuck around, for now.
I won't lie, it hurt like hell, but the blame is mine.
I'm glad your situation is better and send my best wishes.

You might want to take a vitamin D supplement. Low levels of vitamin D can cause inflammation in your digestive tract, which can diminish your ability to absorb vitamin D, and things start to spiral. That can make you more susceptible to hangovers.

It's too fucking hot to get too hammered. I'm drinking dark beer, and I wish I had something lighter for a change.

Sorry to hear, thump and brewer. My ex made me a drunk right before he left.
If you ever need to talk, send me a PM, or get my number from the Stimbo discussion in the goodbyes thread. I'm happy to help if you need it.

I ain't getting hammered either. I wish I was, but my tolerance is fucking insane and I ain't even exaggerating. It's freezing as usual in Scotland.
Dark beer for me as well.

We're just behind the Germans when it comes to making good beers. IMO.

Thanks. This is my second go round. Each time sucked. Lost a lot in the first one, wife, son, house, car, career. You'd think I'd learned my lesson after the first time but unfortunately no. Now I'm to old to walk that path again (I hope).
It does get better. It will get better each day for you also.
Being told you're delusional does not necessarily mean you're mental.
