Meh... "Terrorist" is a made up word designed to strike fear in peoples consciousness. The word is unnecessary when you realize a sick asshole is a sick asshole no matter what color his skin is.

Also the article does call him a militia leader. This is a definition of militia. a military force that engages in rebel or terrorist activities in opposition to a regular army.
