Creation Studies Institute Wrote:In America, the adoption of evolution in our schools has paved the way for the introduction of the gay agenda. Those pushing it understand that nothing will more thoroughly and quickly undermine the traditional biblical foundations of our country than the normalization of homosexuality among our nation’s school children, regardless of their parents’ beliefs. Currently, under the banner of “tolerance” or “equal rights,” states like Massachusetts, New York, California, Wisconsin and Minnesota are actively implementing a Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender (LGBT) curriculum in their public schools. But those behind the effort to legitimize LGBT lifestyles won’t be content until this kind of curricula is taught in all of our nation’s schools.

I always find it interesting that it's always pariahs in society, be they Jews, gays or whatever, that are the ones labeled by conspiracy theories as secretly running everything and causing massive changes to occur. They can't gain acceptance or stop people from bullying them but they completely control the world around us.

Well, at least they found an alternative explanation to "the devil's doing it".

I suspect the conspiracy theories are built to slander those folks rather than they being caught up in the conspiracy as "convenient victims".

I have done research on the Pearl Harbor attack since I was fourteen (weird neighbor, long story) and may be one of 5-6 people on the planet who have read the entire 40 volume Congressional Hearings Report on the subject. When I first started putting material from the Hearings online I drew the attention of a guy named Mark Wiley. Mark had put up one of those wild, incoherent and rambling sites about Pearl that mixed a few facts with some blatant speculation. His goal with that site was not to explain Pearl Harbor, but rather to prove that FDR had deliberately allowed it to happen so as to get into WWII. After a few tries at pointing out the errors in the site I gave up. He hated FDR and everything he did revolved around that.

I love the roosevelts, both of them, and much of my political stance is shaped on what I like the best from both of them. Both also made mistakes and had faults, but to err is also human. for the most part I think they belong on the top 10 of the best American presidents of all time, if not up in the top 5.

"Oh, no. You're very wrong. Roosevelt deliberately destroyed the US Fleet at Pearl Harbor so Americans would be willing to believe him when he said Germany must be defeated. That's the real reason he started the war in the Pacific, so we could declare war on the Germans. I just wish people could see that."

Mark refused to be on a radio talks show once when they told him I was the other guest. Big Grin

LMFAO. I would love to have discussion with you about both of the roosevelts. I love the progressive era history and the WWII history of course. I also love WWI history as well. Any way you can make a WWII topic on this site and get a good conversation going about it?
