What's everyone up to right now?

Oh, Evie. This makes me sad.
You MUST learn to cook.

Soup is good for you. It's easy to cook.
And you can make several days worth for the price of one day's microwave meals.

You don't want to get caught up with some wicked gal just because she knows how to fry a good porkchop, do you? Tongue

Yes.  I make a really thick, home made soup during the winter.  Nothing like it on a cold day, especially once it thickens up.

Reading up on John Saunders' death, and trying to see if I can change time zones on here (looking at my kudos is confusing. Can'ty tell whether I'm caught up).

Made dinner. Oven-fried tilapia, lemon-pepper rice with veggies, and the star of every show; Pickled beets.
Also went ahead and baked some gingerbread, since the oven was on.

Would be nice to take some to work tomorrow for lunch, but some vengeful bitch will probably lace it with eye drops or Miralax.
Or just fucking eat it.

If it were winter, I could just keep it in my car.

Had curry catfish and coconut rice for dinner, and am still about 900 calories under budget. Since I switched from my "quick start" diet to my long term plan I've managed to stay under budget every day.

I'm really feeling I can do this.

But I DON'T want to eat my own mushed up carcass Angry

I totally had tilapia pan fried in coconut oil with rosemary and garlic seasoning, rice and sauteed green beans.

No pickled beets, though. Because gross.

Seriously contemplating throwing in my job, heading back home and telling everyone to go fuck themselves.

It's really amazing how tasty healthy stuff can be!! And cheap. I got two tilapia filets for $5 and a pound of fresh green beans for $1, the amount of rice I used was maybe $.50. Two meals.

So a fresh, never frozen piece of fish, a healthy side and rice for $3.25. A whole meal. 1200 calories.
