The irony is North Carolina has one of the more aggressive solar programs in the country.

"There remain four irreducible objections to religious faith: that it wholly misrepresents the origins of man and the cosmos, that because of this original error it manages to combine the maximum servility with the maximum of solipsism, that it is both the result and the cause of dangerous sexual repression, and that it is ultimately grounded on wish-thinking." ~Christopher Hitchens, god is not Great

From their news paper. They have three already.
"Three other solar farms had previously been accepted by the town council, with one of the now putting solar panels up. The solar farm companies seek placement around Woodland because it has an electrical substation the solar power generated by the panels can be hooked up to the electrical grid. Strata’s proposal would have competed encircling the Woodland substation." http://www.roanoke-chowannewsherald.com/...olar-farm/

Holy fucking shit...
How scientifically illiterate do you have to be, to think that photons in an area are "absorbed" by solar panels? Can you even be allowed to have an opinion on anything related to something scientific if you are this stupid? Also - "She also questioned the high number of cancer deaths in the area, saying no one could tell her that solar panels didn’t cause cancer." Must be something in the air causing brain cancer. - Classy AF (August 22, 2016 at 6:28 am)InsaneDane Wrote: Holy fucking shit... Hey, there. Might explaining who you're talking about?
