I got lucky -- she sued for complete custody. Being broke, I couldn't afford a lawyer and had to represent myself. The luck came in when then judge actually gave me a fair hearing and upheld my defense.

I'm so sorry your story doesn't yet have the happy ending you deserve.

Join the club. It is hard when judges makes decisions. Even then, my ex makes it difficult like this summer for example. I celebrate both my daughters birthdays during the summer holidays, but because there was a marriage when they were all on holiday, I had to give up my summer holidays.......!!!

Thanks guys. It is hard and I cry every night once I'm in bed. Or in the shower so no one can hear me. The hurt is unimaginable especially with the oldest because I cannot get closure from it.

Thank you. Not a day goes by that I don't think about my children. September 15th will be two years since I've last seen my oldest. How my ex gets away with this is beyond me. It should be criminal, yet the courts just keep looking the other way.

CIJS, car drivers, if it's really foggy, put your lights on.
The fog here is about 20 metres visibility and I'd say 30% of drivers have no lights on.
These people live in a dream.
It would be a good idea for people to be forced to watch what happens in a car accident.
When you're driving on the road you are always possibly seconds away from a violent and painful death.

CIJS, It's on my bucket list to have a nice lady friend cook me breakfast in just an apron.
