The fourth car I have no idea...

The small cars, the blue with the open door and the red, are both BMW Isetta.

The yellow race car looks like a 1960s era Ford GT40, though I'm not sure on the year.

The third is a Rolls from the hood ornament, and further searches leads me to think its a 25/30 model.

No, it doesn't - but I will be finishing a piece on my arm that says "we are star stuff" with glow-in-the-dark ink.

The elvish isn't the line from "the Ring" so it didn't make sense to make it glow.
