LOL You'd be correct... The colors in the boxes are the new neon colors that glow under a black light. The ones in the tubes below are just fashion colors (well 6 of them anyway) I plan on incorporating into my contest design for school.

Wow!  Did you do the image we see on the etch-a-sketch using that device?  That is quite good.  I used to be almost as good on it.  I can still sign my name in script on it about as fast as I can write it.  It even looks similar.

Oh, no. I took a pic from a shoot about 8 years ago, imported to Irfanview, monochromed it, then edge-detected and sharpened the hell out of it, then cut and pasted that into a stock pic of the EaS.
