I said that I would not let them in my country because they may hurt the civilians. Germany and Switzerland are an example of this.

I never said refugees deserve to die. I would help them sending food and water for them to survive wherever they are, just dont come to my country.

That's a little extreme even for me, since there are genuine refugees out there in need of help that aren't rapists or murderers.

I believe we should be letting in an extremely limited number of Syrian refugees, and they should be made to return once things settle down a bit. They should also be monitored to make sure they are integrating into local culture for the duration of their stay like they do with those seeking citizenship in Switzerland since you mentioned that country.

Any refugee that is caught committing a crime should be deported right back to Syria and banned from entering the UK for life.

While you're at it, maybe Australia would be open to the idea of becoming a penal colony again, so you could deport your vastly greater numbers of british criminals alongside the few refugees somewhere? At least then...deportation wouldn't be a gentlemans death sentence......you know, for shoplifting and whatnot

Well, according to most people in this forum, you would be no different from me.

You said "accepting a extremely limited number of refugees". What about the rest you are excluding? They also deserve to live.

It's why people are so close-minded, and discourse is just two people hollering at a wall.  Because you can't see past your own feelings and perspective.

What I'm curious about, is whether biological empathy is also garbage.  Or the shitty version of empathy you're rocking was just reinforced so heavily in your formative years, that it's overwritten it to some extent.

Sociopaths can be whiny bitches like anyone else, that's not their problem, their problem is in connecting those whiny feelings within with the whiny feelings of others and forming a common basis of emotional response and suitable behaviors.

What's stopping you from helping brits living in poverty whilst simultaneously accepting refugees fleeing for their very lives (not for their economic status)? You indicated your support for deportation to a warzone, human rights can;t be an issue....can;t you just let them in to build little tent cities like your current homeless and spend all your precious paper on born brits? That;s how we handle our influx of foreigners. We let them in, exploit them for great profit, and prevent them from accessing the social services that citizens are afforded. It's a win win, for us, anyway. We get their productivity at a discount and don't have to reinvest it in them or give them redress of greivance.
