Post doubling has happened to me, too...but very rarely.
Last time it happened, I'm sure I only posed the post button once... And it happened on the mobile version of the site.

Can you try logging out and back in, or clearing your browser cache?

Also, are you double clicking when you submit posts? Try clicking just once if so.
