The principle is very similar to theocratic bullshits counter to the complaint atheist talk to much about religion. Ok I understand that, but there's a difference between giving more concern to one side and then just focusing solely on it while ignoring the other. I think that's harmful, given that it's reasonable to assume now that the far-Left and far-Right actually play into eachother, by both being closed to open conversation. That's why I criticise both, I can't just focus on one.

I said nothing about focusing on one I said we should choose our battles deal with the greater evil first and if they are interlocked then they should collapse together just as two pillars holding up a doorway(I really think they are playing off each other at least not to the same degree )

He was refused asylum, yes. Germany tried to send him back, but Tunisia said he wasn't Tunisian.

Given that, I reckon my point stands; he's only a suspect, and the thought that he's Muslim remains an assumption.

The assumption lies in assuming that the ID card belonged to the assailant.
