I am so fucking pissed right now.
I bought an Xbox One and the controller is defective. So instead of just being able to return the controller, I have to return the entire Xbox bundle to the store. I ride a bike so carrying that big box in the basket on the front is risky, and to top it all off, it's raining outside. Add in the fact that the store I'm going to have to return it to will almost certainly not have a replacement for the entire bundle, I'm going to have to wait until another one can be found, or else ride all the way across town in the rain to buy another from a store that does have one in stock. Fuck my life.

Should've bought a PS4.
"There remain four irreducible objections to religious faith: that it wholly misrepresents the origins of man and the cosmos, that because of this original error it manages to combine the maximum servility with the maximum of solipsism, that it is both the result and the cause of dangerous sexual repression, and that it is ultimately grounded on wish-thinking." ~Christopher Hitchens, god is not Great

Nah, Sony pisses me off even worse. They have been doing horrible things with the Spider-Man films, the PS4 isn't backwards compatible with anything, and there really aren't any games exclusive to it that I want. With the Xbox, since Microsoft acquired Rare (though this makes me irked at them because they prevented Nintendo from ever being able to keep the makers of the Donkey Kong Country games to themselves), that's the only way I can play games developed by Rare.

Well, when the price drops to comparable Xbox levels (less than 200 bucks) then maybe I'll acquire both. I just hate that the games I've downloaded on my PS3 have to be re-purchased on it, I don't just get to transfer them over. Highway robbery, those Sony bastards.

Maybe, just maybe that's what she wanted deep down. Maybe she's not happy and wants a change?

Another relaxing 12 hour shift. That capachino tasted good.
I'll have worked probably around 70 hours by the end of this week.
Are you ready for the fire? We are firemen. WE ARE FIREMEN! The heat doesn’t bother us. We live in the heat. We train in the heat. It tells us that we’re ready, we’re at home, we’re where we’re supposed to be. Flames don’t intimidate us. What do we do? We control the flame. We control them. We move the flames where we want to. And then we extinguish them.
Impersonation is treason.

Delayed thanks to Thump and Thena for the encouraging words! My body is...indeed "bountiful":

Wiser words were never spoken.

At the same time, i don't realistically want to have anything with her...
