I'm pretty sure he can Trump Nixon in terms of being worse. By a long chalk. Apart from being a crook Nixon wasn't inexperienced and more importantly he had a professional team at his side, preventing the worst.

Except for Nixon, no previous American president had ever been truly bad, mere inadequate to various, sometime prodigious, degrees. Nixon was bad, But even when compared to the sum total of nixon's badness over 5 years, trump's badness over just 6 days is ready on a altogether more heroic scale.
