God can never know more than the host

I think we can think of the God phenomenon as a parasite of the mind...
Without a host, God cannot exist.
He injects himself to the young host via the parents! He is an aurally transmitted virus.
Once embedded he then feeds of the host's emotions.

So who is the "real" God?

Thank you.  I obviously like the topic.

However, I think an equally good case can be made that we are the inheritors of a consciousness made ready by a fortuitous turn of events which turned being god-enthralled on its head and then moved into the space that early phase had created .. poetically speaking of course.  Thank you for refraining from a click bait switcheroo.   Big Grin

Because the god people believe in and even theists is all in their mind.
The god they think does exist doesn't know more or less than the believer since it's in their head.
So something like good idea or bad one their brain is going to process it and "god" is going to be like
hey asshole don't do that. But yeah otherwise if a god did exist which one clearly doesn't because atheism exists.

The granting of a pardon is an imputation of guilt, and the acceptance a confession of it.

Theists, I just worked out why God can never know more than the host.
Because he taught us everyone WE know, not everything HE knows!

I cannot speak for other believers. I had two profoundly religious experiences that would Maslow would have called “peak experiences”. Other than that I have had many, many times when both minor and major life events unfolded in truly uncanny ways. Generally, I have not been overly impressed with prayer requests. The “soft, still voice” tends to sound like my own. That said, I do have an on-going relationship with Being-as-Such (an intentionally neutral term I only use on AF) that pretty much colors every quiet moment.

Reading crap like that gives me a pique experience.  Dodgy

I'd like to know how omniscient "God" is supposed to be, and can he supposedly reveal the future to humans?
In particular, does "God" have 100% foreknowledge, to 100% accuracy, in all things, and did "God" have that foreknowledge prior to creating the universe, (supposedly)?
Of course it needs a theist to answer these questions.
There are no atheists in terrorist training camps.

That's what the theists tell me. Not quite sure why it's predictions are so obtuse. Other than they are not true.

It's pretty clear Christ was totally clueless his religion OF apocalyptic Judaism was going to be mutated into a religion ABOUT Him.
