Sorry you do not want this, but here it is, the Bible addresses those and many more.

You might try a book called "The Feeling Good Handbook" by David Burns, M.D. I have an old version on my bookshelf and I haven't looked at it in years but he uses principles of cognitive behavioral psychology on depression, self-esteem and mood issues.
It's a good book - I believe it's still in print but it might have a slightly different title now.
I have a serious aversion to anything woo and I can attest that there's no woo in there.

Honestly I would recommend the 7 habits of highly effective people by Stephen Covey. I've read and taken a few classes at work.
https://www.stephencovey.com/7habits/7habits.php
Also I'd suggest this youtube channel, mulligan brothers which is motivational videos:

Or this:

This is a great one I just watched

heh heh...Sure.
It can help. IF you're not one for reading between the lines.

Good. Are you and the therapist doing any work with CBT/REBT techniques? That would be my suggestion.
Not that I'm aware of. I just talk mostly and he comments.

When I read the Bible l see the value God places on me through His love, l find it sad when others refuse to see their value to God.

God loves those who believe and those who do not and the same goes for me, you have no choice in this matter. That puts the matter of total free will to rest.

I'm not sad, l find it a sad thing when people see God as a cruel being when l know that is not true through my relationship with Him. So my friend don't be sad, be happy God cares.

Meh. The bible never did much to motivate me when I was Christian. It only me more depressed and a bit suicidal. I'd recommend skipping that one.
