Researching hiking shoes online, researching best/worst fitness activities for hypermobility syndrome (mad flexible joints - I haz) and alternately trying to talk myself into / out of visiting an indoor rock-climbing facility.
Taking it easy. I'm titrating off painkillers so I'm reducing activity to compensate. Now that the swelling has gone down somewhat I'm finding my knee's function is very much improved.
