[split] I Think I May Have Come Close to Dying Friday Night

I also like to eat them, so I'm not sure India would be fond of me. They do count the eating kind and males as sacred too, right?
You know what I think is intriguing (to me) about this thread? It's that there are people out there who don't shy away from conflict, or perceived conflict. I admire that lol I tend to avoid conflict more than deal with it, which I'm trying to change.
Okay, carry on. (July 14, 2017 at 10:40 am)*Deidre* Wrote: You know what I think is intriguing (to me) about this thread? If you see a therapist, they'll go over assertiveness with you ad nauseam. I know some timid people from group who really benefit from that. I can pick little fake fights with you, if that will help. Online interactions offer a certain amount of anonymity that allows one to behave differently than in real life. In real life, I am quite non-confrontational. Yet online, I can be a mean, feral cat.

I'm not anonymous online. I'm not very different in real life, either. To be fair, though, I'm rarely confronted with the same sort of arguments in real life. In other words, half way through, people don't usually freak out and make backhanded comments, so I usually don't call them cunts. It might be a Massachusetts thing, but people aren't sensitive about swears being hurled their way around here. It's not a big deal to tell someone they're being an asshole if they are.

My grandpa used to say in Portuguese, so I will rougly say it in English "The more you bow down to others aggressiveness, the more you expose your ass to more kicking." Or sumething like that. Internet is a great place to do whatever you want. I like to hang people in ropes and shoot them with 100 rocket launchers while playing just cause 2,not because I'm a murderer or I actually enjoy killing people () but because I can. Internet is like that for me. If I have to stick to what I would only do irl then internet would be boring, that'd be like playing gta only following the traffic lights (fun for a while but then it gets bleh) what's the point if you don't blow up a few cars? lol

Watching some of those out of control cars on the news, I cannot help but think that someone decided to take GTA to the real life roads.
